The service package includes:
-absorbing clients needs, and local construction requirements
-taking your ideas into working drawings
-submitting into planning commission
-completing working/engineering drawings
-submitting to building departments
Additionally:
- Provide virtual displays of the project, so that all facets are understood.
- Produce accurate cost breakdowns for financing purposes.
- Assist in acquiring funding for the Project.
- Be there for our clients through the more and more difficult Planning and Building
Department regulations and requirements.
- Fully address environmental/Green issues with materials, and site preparation.
- Aid in acquiring fully qualified, licensed, and bonded Contractors/Sub-Contractors.
- Provide inspection/payment disbursement services, throughout the entire Project

A-2 First Floor Floor Plans, 1/4" scale, with door and window schedules
A-3 Second Floor Floor Plans, 1/4" scale, (if applicable)
A-4 Exterior Elevations, 1/4" scale, front, 1/8" rear and side elevations
A-5 Foundation and All Floor Framing Plans , Roof Plan and Roof Framing Plan
A-6 Interior Elevations, showing kitchen, bath and fireplace elevations
A-7 Sections and details whatever details are required by the individual Plan Checker.
A-8 Building Sections, overall section and stair sections
E-1 Electrical Plans, showing locations of receptacles, fixtures, switches, lighting, and all symbols required by the individual Building Department.
