The service package includes: -absorbing clients needs, local construction requirements -preliminary site layouts, floor plans and elevations -submitting into planning commission -completing engineering drawings -submitting into the building department

Additionally: design parameters for multiples vary from the standard custom home. There is trouble here if you are inexperienced.

Our Multiple Units Package (Sample list of drawings)

A-1 Foundation, 1/4" scale, customized to your lot.
A-2 First Floor Floor Plans, 1/4" scale, with door and window schedules.
A-3 Second Floor Floor Plans, 1/4" scale, (if applicable).
A-4 Exterior Elevations, 1/4" scale, front, rear and side elevations.
A-5 Foundation and All Floor Framing Plans , Roof Plan and Roof Framing Plans.
A-6 Interior Elevations, showing kitchen, bath and fireplace elevations.
A-7 Sections and details: whatever details or changes are required by the individual Plan Checker.
A-8 Building Sections, overall section and stair sections, if required.
E-1 Electrical Plans, showing locations of receptacles, fixtures, switches, lighting, and all symbols required by the individual Building Department.
