Metal frames and sandwich panels were used.
Construction is light and open
and includes bells.
The ensemble has a first floor retail semicircle. Two stories on the left are dedicated to administrative offices, with the two stories on the right for cafes and food shops. The church is at the highest terrace in the center.
The project was first awarded in 2000. Construction will start summer, 2001.
