Another of our specialized areas, are in town homes and multiple units. This three unit town home was built on a difficult triangular shaped lot in El Granada, California. Each unit was clearly separated, and had it's own deck with views of the ocean. Using up-to-date materials and methods, these units are highly efficient.

This is building one (5 units) of a 10 unit town home Project in Redwood City, California. The Project is currently in the permitting stage, and we anticipate breaking ground in the late Spring of 2005. These were preliminary drawings.
