Portfolio: renderings

Now this area is where we really shine!!! These 3D renderings are the closest thing to an actual picture that we can do. These depictions accurately show colors, opening locations, grade, backgrounds, and other serious amounts of information, not apparent on 2d drawings. These pictures, usually make the difference in a presentation to a Planning Commission or Owner's Design Association.

	A view (rendering) looking Northwest from the cliffs towards the Pacific Ocean. As a minimalist project, we attempted to stay with "less is better"
	The same home looking Southwest out at the Ocean. The Client had some specific ideas of what she "didn't want" in this home. The result is beauty in simplicity.
	The out side deck, looking over the Ocean. The entire home will be built with steel and concrete with little or no wood. Seaside living with it's salt air environment, are wood killers.
	Final view emphasizing the roof garden and access to it. The steel frame at the roof is an architectural element, and non-functional. We anticipate breaking ground in the late Spring of 2005.
