A lakeside cliff hanger built at North Shore Lake Tahoe in the Early 80's. We had substantial design changes in this one, but the effort was worth it!

This was one of many cottages/cabins designed and built in high country in the 70's and 80's. Sizes ranged from 600 sq.ft., to 7,000 sq.ft.
in Incline Village, Nevada. Each one of these projects was engineered for snow and wind loads, back before it became mandatory.
