The highly articulated contemporary style home is one of our newest
design-build projects in the exclusive area of Miramar, California, North of
Half Moon Bay. At 4,200 sq. ft. plus garage, it is an impressive home. All of
the newest technology in fenestration, insulation, and heating techniques were
incorporated into this project.

This simple low-cost design is one of two houses built next to each other in
the City of Half Moon Bay California. These homes as well as many others in
this area were severely limited by local ordinances, as to size and height, and
finishes. Our experiences on these types of projects are invaluable to our
customers.

A 3400 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 3 bath home was an exercise in stucco and concrete ½
block from the beach in Miramar, California.

The current (third) Project by our Lady Owner/Builder customer mentioned earlier, is on the left. We modified the original drawings to suit, and engineered the structure for the area. Note extensive use of shingle sidewall to fit in with the abundant Eucalyptus surrounding the home.

A small post-war tract home was remodeled, added to and updated to current codes in Redwood City, California.
