This custom home was a classical upper-scale home we executed in Miramar,
California, on the East side of the Coast Highway. With giant Eucalyptus trees
as a backdrop, the setting is dramatic. At 3800 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 3 baths,
it fulfilled the needs of a young growing family. We assisted with Project
management on this one.

A large-sized beach house, was one of our best customer's first attempt at an
Owner-Builder builder project on a site one block from the Pacific, South of
Half Moon Bay California. Amazingly she built this house with a baby on the
way, and made a handsome profit while she was at it. 3500 sq. ft., bedrooms, 3
baths.

4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3600 sq. ft. with a 497 sq. ft. garage was the second
attempt of that same Lady. When she did this one, about a mile away from the
original, her experience was growing, and with our help, she succeeded.

This highly articulated beach-style was one of our light-gage steel frame
houses done in East Coast New England Style. The many dormers and flat widow's
walk roof section was a challenge for the Contractor. This home is about 1/2
block from the Ocean, and was well received by the local community.
