This is a very new Project in the Emerald Lakes area of Redwood City,
California. The existing home is to be demolished and this Craftsman Style home
will take it's place. At 3900 sq. ft., it was well received by the
Architectural Review Committee for this area.

At 2580 sq. ft., this remodel/2nd floor addition is located in the town of Half
Moon Bay, California. Also subject to a Design Review Committee, the home was
designed with balance in mind.

Oakland California is famous for it's variety of styles. This home was a second
floor addition, along with a new roof. The lot was large, which lent itself to
some freedom of design.
