The technology that we incorporate

The technology that we incorporate into our designs, is many faceted.

We take all of the best from the old ways of building, and combine them with the newest methods. We use two basic types of technology:Wood Frame,  and  Light-Gauge Steel Frame.

In addition, we bring Solar design, and the newest available sciences in insulation, waterproofing, infiltration prevention, and fire retardant. As a sidebar, we are highly experienced in designing and building Projects in FEMA flood and Storm zones. We are up on all of the Federal requirements to qualify for FEMA insurance guarantees. We have designed and built four custom homes in the Miramar, Ca. FEMA Zone on Cortez Ave., two of which have the "break-away" wall details necessary in a flood zone.
