Key responsibilities; Licensed General Contractor (California) since 1976. Experienced in design/build for 20+ years. Experienced in all phases of commercial/residential construction. Experienced in field consulting/contracting. He has worked with fast, efficient electronic designing since the early 80's. Responsible for marketing, sales, client contact, and satisfaction. 1970-1971: 50% partner in Cedarcraft Leisure Homes/R.I. Ward & Sons, Gen. Contr., Incline Village, Nev. Developed homes and condominiums in the North Lake Tahoe area. Acted as foreman/supt., aided in design of Pinnate Condominium Project, Incline Village, Nv.

1971-1976: Worked as journeyman/foreman out of Carpenter's local, King's Beach, CA. Specialized in condo/townhouse mass production framing/finish.

1976-present: Acquired Contractor's License number 323395.

Projects included during this time period:

1. 38 Single-family and custom homes in the Tahoe/Reno/Carson City area. Designed, permitted, and debugged drawings for many of these units.

2. 72 unit housing subdivision, Carson City, Nevada, for Bank of America, OREO Division, Pasadena, Ca. (Empire Estates)

3. 120 unit subdivision, (single family homes) Reno, Nevada, Bank of America. (Scenic Terrace)

4. Contracted to Bank of America for a five-year period (1980-1985) throughout the states of California and Nevada, troubleshooting and completing projects affected by the recession of the time. Time was split between commercial and large residential Projects

5. Built 72 units of the Marina Green Project, (as Project Manager), Foster City, Ca. (l985), aided in debugging of design/engineering. KCC Const., Burlingame, Ca.

6. Subsequently (as General Contractor) built 32 single family units around the bay area. in the $300,000-$1 M range, from 1985 to 1992. Approximately 20 of these were designed by the Company.

7. Was retained to design the Monterey Bay Equestrian Center in Santa Cruz Co. This center, constituting 290,000 + sq. ft. in 28 buildings, was, at the time, the largest design project undertaken by the Company.(Completed design 12-15-91).

8. 1-02-1992 to 1-02-1993. Negotiated, designed all phases of the 2400 acre resort-convention center known as Shangri-La Ranch Spa in Tulare Co., Ca. Participated as General Contractor and Developer.

9. Assisted in design and rebuilding of seven custom homes in the Oakland burn area.

10. Since 1993, we have progressed from smaller design/build projects, to larger full-time design work, and field-consulting for both residential, and Commercial. We have acquired extensive experience in submissions to various Planning Agencies/Commissions around the Bay Area. We specialize in processing projects through the increasingly difficult planning/building/permitting processes that are becoming the norm.

The bulk of the work done by our company (now OneStopDesign, Inc.) has been split between single family custom homes and minor subdivision work, along with major emphasis on light commercial, and renovation of existing buildings. Additionally, we are participating in the preliminary stages of the Design/build process for a 16-building shopping center, and a hotel site on the Island of Kauai, in Hawaii.
